CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. We do not accept cancellation request of orders placed under the Digital Delivery facility, for example, domain names, web hosting, software, web design templates, scripts, etc.

However, in case of any complaint, we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service, Domain Names, Web Hosting, Downloadable Software, Web design services etc.

If you make payment using credit card of a different person, you agree that you have legal authorization from the credit card holder to make reservations on his behalf.Amount once paid is non-refundable.

Payment transactions are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by a leading bank. Payment can also be done via Visa & Master Card If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

Service Delivery Policy:

• 1. After Successfully payment We will provide the service to our client within 1 year.
• 2. After Successfully payment We will provide the invoice copy to our client via mail or courier.
